Massage Therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body. Focusing specifically on muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health.

Our Massage Therapists are experienced in General Swedish Massage and are thoroughly trained in Myofascial Release Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Hydrotherapy and Remedial Exercise.

REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST, CLINIC MANAGER

Cayley graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Her passion for helping people along with health and wellness led her to a career as a Registered Massage Therapist. She focuses on relieving her clients of their aches and pains. Whether it be a general relaxation massage or treating specific pains or conditions, she will individually tailor the treatment to coincide with her clients goals.

Cayley is experienced in General Swedish Massage and thoroughly trained in Myofascial Release Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Hydrotherapy and Remedial Exercise. Cayley is eager to provide her clients with treatments that ultimately improve their health and well-being.

Mara Dodig, R.M.T.


REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Mara enjoys working with people and protecting their future by maintaining their health and well-being. Massage Therapy was the natural choice to accomplish this. 

A graduate of the highly recognized and respected Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy. Mara received training in Swedish Massage, as well as Advanced Techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Fascial Techniques and Remedial Exercise. In addition, she is certified in Myotracing Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Reiki 2nd Degree. Myotracing Massage is a non-aggressive form of treatment that allows Mara to achieve deep, long lasting results using light to moderate pressure. This enhances the relaxation effect on the body. 

Treatments are always geared toward the patient’s needs. Mara encourages feedback in regard to comfort, pain tolerance and depth of pressure preferred during the massage. If there are any questions that you have as a client, they will be answered to ensure that you feel educated.

Julie Neves, R.M.T.


REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST, CLINIC MANAGER

In 2003, Julie graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Through her years of experience, she’s been able to specialize in massage therapy for many areas, such as aches and pains, athletic injuries, mental health and stress, pregnancy, and geriatric! She also teaches mindfulness, using breathing techniques to achieve deep relaxation.

While she’s not working, Julie loves spending time with her husband, three kids, german shepherd, donkey, pygmy goats, sheep, and hens!
